Last updated: October 2026
Who we are
This website is run by Recruitico Limited. Rco. is a trading name of Recruitico Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11507660) with its registered office at 27 Milton Road, Broughton, Milton Keynes MK10 9RA. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Recruitico Limited.
We are the controller of the personal information described here. If you have a question about it, or want to use any of your rights, contact us through the contact form or by post at the address above.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal information on this demo website, including the contact form and the demo logins we give to partners for the Rco. website console.
The information we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email address, company (if you give it), your message and your agreement to be contacted.
- If we give you a demo login: your name, email address and login level, when you sign in, and the changes you make in the console, which are recorded in its activity log.
- When you visit the website: technical information our hosting records automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept in server logs for security and troubleshooting. We also count page views without using cookies or identifying you.
- Cookies: see our cookie policy.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and steps you ask us to take before any agreement.
- To provide and secure your demo login: our legitimate interest in running the demo safely, including keeping a record of changes made.
- To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest in protecting our systems and visitors.
- Analytics or marketing cookies, if we use them: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
Who we share it with
We only share personal information with the service providers that help us run this website, such as our website hosting and email delivery providers. They act on our instructions and must keep it secure. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Transfers outside the UK
If personal information is transferred outside the UK, we make sure it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and review them regularly. Demo logins and their activity records are removed when the demo access is no longer needed. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
How we protect it
This website is served over an encrypted connection. Access to the console is protected by individual logins with set permission levels, and only the people who need it can see enquiries.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, contact us through the contact form.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
